An experienced leader, Kim thrives on bringing people together to solve tricky problems in new, unexpected ways. Backed by experience in the education and not-for-profit sectors, Kim has a deep understanding of streamlining how businesses operate.
Kim has extensive knowledge of the philanthropic and alumni and community engagement environments and has managed complex organisational redesign and team transformations.
